How it Works?

The vehicle is fitted with a Vehicle Tracking Device that consists of a GPS receiver + GPRS modem. The GPS receiver in the Device receives signal from satellites and calculates the current position of the vehicle. This data is than passed onto the GPRS modem attached to it. The GPRS modem sends the data to our server via a cellular network.

The server receives the data and stores it. The software attached to it pulls the data from the server, disseminates, analyses and interpretes it and than displays it on a map. Our application is integrated with Google maps that provides the location map and worldwide satellite imagery. Thus, if a vehicle moves to any part of the world, will get noticed. The details displayed on the map are: Lat/Long, Speed, Stop/Moving status, date, time and addresses. Apart from this, old data from the past can be viewed and replayed.

Apart from this a user can generate reports containing various parameters as: Position, Speed, Stop/Moving status, Date, Time, Address, odometer reading and total kilometers travelled in a day, month. He can also generate reports on different speed limits and total driving/stop time.

Moreover, a single can have many users attached to it. So, for a fleet of vehicle monitoring job could be divided between persons.
